October 28, 2018 19:10pm October 27, 2018 Exercise: Walking/Jogging, push ups, plank, stretching, wall sit Description: Started out with the warm ups which included the plank, push ups, and stretching, Left the house to walk and jog my usual route.  Duration and distance: 2.31 miles in 40:22 minutes. The pre-workout was about 20 minutes as I'm trying to hold my planks and wall sits a few seconds longer each time. It's going to take a while to build up push-ups, and I cannot do a sit up (having kids didn't do anything for my stomach muscles). Snapshot of my cardio workout: Summary: I had a much better time keeping up my pace this time. I rested well, and ate good foods throughout the day making sure I was hydrated. The preworkout was the same but I'm holding a plank a little longer, but only by a few seconds. My abdomen is sore, but it's the good kind where you know you're making progress.
